It’s incredible to think that this time next week we’ll be in full flow meeting familiar faces and spending time with like-minded folk. We also know this year there are many new visitors to Wickham. We’ve sold tickets in America, Argentina, Australia, Scandinavia and of course all corners of Britain. Wickham is a quaint English village set in the Hampshire’s Meon valley full of history, providing the perfect setting for a break to soak up some culture.
Legendary ska band The Selecter fronted by Pauline Black and Arthur ‘Gaps’ Hendrickson would have entertained us on The All Time Grates Stage at 3.30pm. Their diary has never been busier and it will be a treat to see them before they head off touring the US and release a brand new studio album, Daylight, on October 6th…
You can order a signed copy from their store here.
We’ll be looking forward to the Saturday headliners, Oysterband & The Levellers. Our two main stage Big Tops are now up and looking good.
For those still looking for camping space, we’re told the nearby Rookesbury Park Caravan Club site at Wickham still has space available. There are also several other campsites around Fareham and the Meon Valley just a short drive away. See you in 5 days!!!
