The site is fully accessible for people with disabilities and there is a covered side-of-stage viewing area for people in wheelchairs with a wheelchair-accessible toilet and washing facilities nearby.
We offer a free carer ticket for every disabled ticket purchased. Please include proof of disability which will be handled in total confidence. Please also inform us of any special considerations we should be aware of. If at any time you need any assistance please ask a steward who will be happy to help. Guide dogs are welcome on site.
Please bear in mind the festival does take place outside and weather conditions can affect the overall state of the ground. This is particularly important for wheelchair users and those with mobility problems to be aware of as paths are limited and, like many outdoor event sites, the ground can be uneven or soft after heavy rain.
