Wickham Festival News

A very merry Xmas to you all … can you spot yourself in this year’s gallery?

All involved with Wickham Festival would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy & Healthy New Year.  2021 has been a tough year for many people. Let’s hope 2022 is better for us all.  There’s been no rest for the Wickham Festival elves this last week.  If you’ve been following our social channels, you’ll see we’ve added several new artists to our line up.  Here’s a quick recap of new pages added to our website.

First off, the fantastic Canadian singer-songwriter Martha Wainwright will be at Wickham on Friday 5th August 2022.  As many of you know she’s part of a wonderfully talented musical family dynasty and we can’t wait to welcome her to our stage.

Also added to our Friday line up is the Yves Lambert Trio, The Longest Johns and Maz O’Connor.  Yves Lambert is from Quebec and the former frontman of La Bottine Souriante.  The Longest Johns are an acapella folk band and the face of the 2021 sea shanty revival.

We’re also delighted to say The Slambovian Circus of Dreams will be at our Wickham Festival next year on Sunday 7th August 2022 after having to cancel this year’s show.

Yay!  Our 2022 printed tickets have arrived after delays due to Covid at our printers.  If you booked 2022 tickets by post or paid for tickets at this year’s festival your 2022 tickets are in the post to you.  Rollover tickets will also be posted before December 31st.

If you’re looking for a late Xmas present for someone, you can book 2022 tickets on our tickets page and receive them immediately by email.  You also save £70 on weekend season tickets by booking before December 31st.

We hope you’ll be spending some quality time with your loved ones this Xmas.  Perhaps you’ll see them in our new gallery published today. Or can you spot yourself in our Wickham Festival Gallery 2021?
