2021 Wickham Festival Tickets Update

Hello and a Happy New Year! Let’s hope that with the roll-out of the vaccine, 2021 is a much better year than 2020. Certainly the prospects for our Festival being staged as normal next August look much, much better than they did a few weeks ago.

Some good news on our Wickham Festival tickets. Instead of increasing ticket prices on 1st January as we usually do, we’ve ‘frozen’ ticket prices to the end of March. This means you can still save £60 on every adult 4-day weekend season ticket if you buy now at the 2020 price of £160 instead of the 2021 full price of £220. This is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to all the people who buy tickets at this time of year and also allows us to pass on the Government’s VAT reduction on concert tickets purchased before the end of March.

Festival Line-Up News

All but two of the artists we had booked for 2020 have now confirmed for 2021. In addition we’ve added the great folk-rock band Lindisfarne and the multi-award-winning Scottish fiddler Duncan Chisholm to our 2021 line-up. The full line-up including details of who’s playing on each day can be viewed on our website

As well as all the great musicians booked for our main stages we’ve also confirmed numerous other attractions including late-night comedy; the Bug Beats silent disco; the Digital Funfair; The Flying Buttresses; ‘Fit-Up circus skills performances & workshops, The Magic Teapot venue, street theatre & storytelling; Rentadinosaur; children’s entertainers and much, much more. Full details will be on our website shortly.

In other news, we’ve still got a few electric hook-ups available for people with camping tickets booked for August. The electric hook-ups ‘add-on’ tickets can be purchased via our tickets page. A limited number of ‘Glamping’ tents are also still available.

And finally… while we all look forward to being able to enjoy festivals and outdoor events again in the summer, it’s so important to stay safe and stay healthy during the coming weeks by abiding by all the public health guidelines. The next few weeks will be difficult so please look after yourself and your loved ones. The vaccine roll-out offers real hope that we can all get back to near-normal life by the summer but do please look after yourself during the weeks ahead. Stay safe, stay healthy, and we’ll see you for a wonderful Wickham Festival in August.

Very best wishes for 2021,
The Wickham Festival Team

Tom Robinson is legendary now. The TRB band were a stall of the punk era.

Looking forward to seeing Tom Robinson he was so good at Wickham when he played with the SAS band he really was enjoying himself.

We saw Leo Sayer in November at a local theatre and I have to say he was very, very good much better than i expected. Voice is still strong, the band are very accomplished and his song book is stacked, a few songs I had forgotten, Just a Boy was his opener and set the standard for the evening.
