Renowned photographer Stuart Roy Clarke will be giving a very special talk at Wickham Festival.
He will be talking about his career taking pictures of every aspect of the Beautiful Game.
From Sunday League games in front of a handful of spectators to the biggest games and grounds in the world, Stuart has spent most of his working life capturing the essence of the sport.
He has produced thousands of iconic and evocative images which have been published in a series of artistic coffee table books which can be viewed here.
The talk takes place on the Valley Stage at 11am on Saturday when Stuart and co-author John Williams will be taking a fascinating look at the game.
It will be followed by a mini sea shanty festival down near the storytelling tent at noon and don’t forget the late night comedy.
