Edward II at Wickham Festival 2017 - August 2017

Friday night was a real clash for many (we do our best to avoid this).  Whilst Show of Hands performed on the All Time Grates stage, Edward II were entertaining us in our other big top.  So in case you missed them, here they are.  Edward II are an incredible live act and always dazzle us with their reggae folk.  Not to be watched standing still, a real Wickham favourite...

Video Killed the Radio Star and Smashed Wickham 2016 - August 2016

Each year we’re amazed by the videos our festival goers post on YouTube, not least this from Alan Mather … party time indeed!  At 12:01 am on the 1st August 1981 VIDEO KILLED THE RADIO STAR was the first ever music video played on MTV in the US to launch the new satellite TV station.  On 12th August 2016, some years later (you do the maths) it smashed our capacity crowd on Saturday.  Roll on next August …
