Levellers, Seth Lakeman & Ferocious Dog for Wickham 2024

By popular request, one of Britain’s top festival bands Levellers will be returning to Wickham to headline the Saturday night at our 2024 Wickham Festival (Thursday 1st to Sunday 4th August 2024).

Also newly confirmed are the award-winning West Country folk singer and multi-instrumentalist Seth Lakeman and another fantastic festival band Ferocious Dog who’ll be appearing on Saturday 3rd August, the same night as Levellers.

We have just update our Line Up pages. There are many more artists currently awaiting confirmation including a great American singer & musician; two of Scotland’s finest Celtic bands; and, hopefully, a young Irish country blues singer and guitarist who was THE star of Jools Holland’s TV Hootenanny on New Year’s Eve. Any guesses?

Wickham Festival 2023 Arrival Information

The stage is set! The Big Tops are up. All we need now is our audience!  If you’re travelling to Wickham this weekend we hope the following information is useful.

For Sat Nav use PO17 5HD. Click here for Google Maps.

All our campsites open from 10am Wednesday. Please do not arrive before 10am as we don’t want to clog up the road network for miles around. On arrival at Wickham please follow the signs for ‘Caravans/Motorhomes Camping’, ‘Tented Camping’, ‘Disabled Camping’ and ‘Mixed Camping’ (for people wishing to camp together in both tents and vehicles). The weather forecast for Wednesday is not great and we’ve already had a lot of rain on our fields so it may take a little longer than usual to position everyone on our camping fields. Please bear with us if you have to wait a little while. Our volunteer stewards will do their best to get everyone in as quickly as possible.

We’re delighted to announce our Late-Night Comedy line-up for this year’s Wickham Music Festival

We’re delighted to confirm that comedy is returning to Wickham Festival for 2023. This will start after music on the main stages finishes at 23.00. Mike Cox will be the MC for all nights on our comedy stage (Thursday through to Saturday). Mike has been performing comedy since 2011 and quickly made his mark on the comedy scene with his sharp-witted observational style which saw him crowned South Coast Comedian of the Year in 2014.

Tom Robinson is legendary now. The TRB band were a stall of the punk era.

Looking forward to seeing Tom Robinson he was so good at Wickham when he played with the SAS band he really was enjoying himself.

We saw Leo Sayer in November at a local theatre and I have to say he was very, very good much better than i expected. Voice is still strong, the band are very accomplished and his song book is stacked, a few songs I had forgotten, Just a Boy was his opener and set the standard for the evening.
